Monterey Car Week 2026 runs August 7–16 across the Monterey Peninsula — ten days of concours lawns, collector car auctions, track events at Laguna Seca, rare debuts at The Quail, and the crown jewel: the 75th Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on Sunday, August 16. It's the most prestigious automotive gathering in the world, and it happens right in Limoscene's backyard.
If you're attending one event, the logistics are manageable. If you're doing what most Car Week regulars do — bouncing between Pebble Beach, Carmel, Laguna Seca, and the auction houses over several days — a chauffeured vehicle is the only way to do it without spending half the trip in traffic or circling for parking.
The Car Week Logistics Problem
The Monterey Peninsula is beautiful and compact. It's also one of the worst places to drive a personal vehicle during a major event. Here's what you're dealing with during Car Week:
Traffic on 17-Mile Drive backs up for miles on Concours Sunday. The Pebble Beach estate roads are narrow, and the lot nearest The Lodge fills before the gates even fully open. If you're driving yourself, plan to park far out and walk — or accept a long, slow crawl in.
Laguna Seca (Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, Aug 12–15) has its own parking maze. Getting in is one thing; getting out after the final session with thousands of other cars is another.
The Quail (August 14) at Quail Lodge in Carmel Valley is ticketed, intimate, and fills up fast. Parking there is similarly limited and the surrounding roads are narrow.
The auction houses — RM Sotheby's, Gooding & Company, Mecum — are spread across different venues in Monterey and Pebble Beach. If you're attending multiple auctions across multiple days (or, better yet, bidding), coordinating your own transportation between them is a logistical headache that competes with the actual reason you're there.
A chauffeured vehicle takes all of that off your plate. Your driver knows the area, handles the routing, drops you at the right entrance, and picks you up wherever the day ends.
What Limoscene Handles for Car Week
We run dedicated chauffeured service across the full week for:
Single-day Concours attendance — The most popular booking. We pick you up at your hotel in Monterey, Carmel, Carmel Valley, or Pacific Grove and deliver you to the 18th fairway at The Lodge at Pebble Beach. When you're ready to leave — whether that's noon or the final judging — we're there.
Multi-venue days — Laguna Seca in the morning, auction house in the afternoon, dinner in Carmel-by-the-Sea at night. We plan the routing around the day's schedule.
Airport transfers — Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) pickups for guests flying in for Car Week. We handle luggage, drop you at your hotel, and are available for the full week as needed.
Group bookings — Car clubs, collector groups, or corporate clients attending Car Week together. Our Mercedes Sprinter van is the vehicle of choice for Car Week groups — comfortable for a full day out, sized right for the narrow roads inside Pebble Beach and Carmel-by-the-Sea, and capable of handling luggage for guests who just landed at Monterey Regional Airport. It fits a good-sized group without the bulk of a full-size coach, which makes navigating Carmel Valley Road, 17-Mile Drive, and the residential streets of Pacific Grove a lot smoother than you'd expect on the busiest week of the year.
Build Your Car Week Itinerary — We Drive, You Watch
The best way to book Limoscene for Car Week is to send us your list of events and let us build the itinerary around it. Here's how a full week looks for a group serious about the calendar:
Day 1 (Aug 12) — Morning at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for the opening of the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion. Afternoon pickup for dinner in Carmel or Monterey.
Day 2 (Aug 13) — Pebble Beach Tour d'Elegance through Carmel and Pebble Beach. Broad Arrow Auctions preview at Quail Lodge. RetroAuto and Concours Village.
Day 3 (Aug 14) — Morning sessions at Laguna Seca, then afternoon at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering at Quail Lodge in Carmel Valley. Broad Arrow live auction during the event.
Day 4 (Aug 15) — Final Laguna Seca sessions, auction houses, or a rest day in Pacific Grove.
Day 5 (Aug 16) — Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, 75th edition, on the 18th fairway.
One vehicle. One driver. No parking logistics between any of it.
The Pebble Beach Concours: August 16
The 75th annual Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance is the highlight of the week. Set on the 18th fairway of Pebble Beach Golf Links overlooking Stillwater Cove, it draws over 200 of the world's rarest and most beautiful automobiles — pre-war classics, coachbuilt rarities, and one-of-a-kind custom builds — judged by a panel of automotive experts. It's not a race. It's not a showroom. It's an art exhibition that happens to have engines.
General admission tickets start at $495 and go to $650 after August 1. Buy at pebblebeachconcours.net. If you have tickets in hand, Limoscene handles everything else — including pickup from your hotel and delivery to the gate before the lot fills.
