49ers Game Day Limo + Shoreline Concerts: Fall 2026 Guide

The 49ers are 3–0, Bruno Mars is bringing his first-ever stadium tour to Santa Clara, and Shoreline Amphitheatre is down to its last handful of shows before the lawn goes quiet for winter. If you live anywhere between San Jose and Monterey, the next three months are packed with reasons to head north on 101 — and with the same three questions every time: who's driving, where are we parking, and how do we get home?

This guide covers every big fall 2026 date our South Bay and Central Coast clients ride to — the remaining 49ers home games at Levi's Stadium, the Levi's and Shoreline concert calendar, and a few more events worth a chauffeur — along with the official parking, drop-off, and tailgating rules for each venue. Every date below comes from the team's or venue's own schedule, checked on September 28, 2026.

2026 49ers Home Games Left at Levi's Stadium

The Niners opened with wins over the Rams in Melbourne, the Dolphins, and the Cardinals, so the remaining home dates are shaping up as the hottest tickets of the fall. Here's what's left at Levi's Stadium, per the official 49ers schedule:

A few things to know before you book:

• The Nov 22 Vikings game is not at Levi's. It's listed on the 49ers schedule as a home game, but it's being played at Estadio Banorte in Mexico City, so don't plan a Santa Clara trip around it.
• The Oct 19 Monday night game is Alumni Weekend — the stadium's event page says former linebacker Keena Turner will be inducted into the 49ers Hall of Fame at halftime. A 5:15 PM weekday kickoff also lands squarely in Monday rush hour, which matters a lot if you're coming from Gilroy, Hollister, or Salinas.
• Kickoff times can still move. Under the NFL's 2026 flexible scheduling procedures, Sunday afternoon games can be flexed into primetime (or between afternoon windows), generally with at least 12 days' notice — and as little as 6 days for Sunday games in Weeks 14–17, which includes the Dec 13 Rams game. Book your ride for the date, and we'll adjust pickup times if the league moves the kickoff.

Levi's Stadium Game Day Rules That Affect Your Ride

We already wrote the full breakdown of transit, rideshare, and post-event traffic at Levi's in our Levi's Stadium party bus guide. Here's the 49ers-specific layer on top of it, straight from the stadium's current game day guide for the Sept. 27 Cardinals game and its parking FAQ:

Parking lots open 3.5 hours before kickoff and close two hours after the game ends. For a 1:25 PM kickoff, that's 9:55 AM. At the Sept. 27 game, stadium gates opened two hours before kickoff.

Parking is cashless, and day-of spots are limited. Day-of-game lots were listed at $60–$80 per car for the Sept. 27 game, first-come, first-served, and every parked car also needs a game ticket in the vehicle. Standard parking passes only cover vehicles under 17 feet long and 8 feet wide.

Big vehicles have their own lots. Buses and oversized vehicles have to park in designated lots and buy that parking in advance through the Visa Box Office — for the Sept. 27 game, the Green Bus Lot (no tailgating) and Blue RV Lot (tailgating) were $250, and the Pink Oversized tailgate lot was $160.

Tailgating has real rules. Tailgating is allowed only in designated lots and must stop at kickoff. Amplified sound is prohibited, canopies can't exceed an 8×8 footprint, you can only use the space directly in front of or behind your vehicle, and you can't save empty spaces for friends who arrive later. Breaking the rules can get you ejected from the lot without a refund.

Drop-off and pick-up are in specific spots. According to the stadium's rideshare and pick-up/drop-off page, guest drop-off is along the bus stop south of Great America Parkway, and pickup is in Red Lot 7. Accessible drop-off and pickup are also in Red Lot 7.

What that means for your group: if you're driving yourselves, three or four cars means three or four parking fees, three or four designated drivers, and a caravan that has to arrive together if you want to tailgate side by side. With a chauffeured vehicle, there's one arrival and one ride home. Tell us whether you want a full tailgate or a straight drop-off, and we'll plan the day around the stadium's rules. Those lot fees are set by the stadium, so ask us how they fit into your quote.

A Sample 49ers Sunday From Gilroy (1:25 PM Kickoff)

• 9:15 AM — Pickup begins in Gilroy (multi-stop through San Martin and Morgan Hill if needed)
• ~10:15 AM — Arrive at Levi's Stadium; tailgate lot or drop-off, depending on your plan
• 11:25 AM — Stadium gates open (two hours before kickoff at recent games)
• 1:25 PM — Kickoff; tailgating ends
• ~4:45 PM — Final whistle; meet your chauffeur at the agreed spot
• ~6:00 PM — Home, with nobody stuck behind the wheel

That's roughly a 9-hour day with tailgating, or closer to 7 if you skip the tailgate and head straight in. From central Morgan Hill, Levi's is about 35 minutes away; from Gilroy about 50; from Hollister about 75; and from Salinas about 90, before game day traffic. For the Oct 19 Monday night game, plan to leave the South County early in the afternoon, since you'll be fighting commuters and fans on the same stretch of 101.

Concerts at Levi's Stadium: Bruno Mars, Oct 10 & 11

The 49ers are in Seattle that weekend, and Levi's Stadium is hosting Bruno Mars — The Romantic Tour on Saturday, Oct 10 and Sunday, Oct 11. According to the Levi's Stadium event page, it's his first full headline tour in nearly a decade and his first-ever full headlining stadium tour. Check your ticket for showtime and the stadium's event guide for concert-specific parking and drop-off details, since concert rules can differ from game day rules.

Stadium concerts end late, and a sold-out stadium empties all at once, so this is where a waiting chauffeur really pays off. You walk out, text your driver, and meet at the pickup spot. Nobody has to fight a surge price or find the car in the dark. For a birthday or date-night crew of up to nine, our stretch limo at $125/hour makes the night feel like an event. Shoreline Amphitheatre: The Last Shows of 2026

Shoreline's official show calendar is short now. Here's everything left on the Shoreline Amphitheatre schedule, with the event start times listed on the venue's own show listings (the same times appear on its Ticketmaster venue page). That listed time is when the evening starts, not when the headliner takes the stage. Opening acts go on first, so check your ticket or the artist's announced set times before you plan pickup:

That's it. After Dan + Shay on Nov 7, nothing else is on the 2026 calendar right now. If one of these shows is on your list, don't wait. Also note that Sunday, Oct 4 has Kehlani at Shoreline on the same day as the Broncos game at Levi's, so expect heavier traffic than usual on 101 and 237 that evening.

Shoreline's Rules for Limos and Party Buses

Shoreline is stricter about parking lots than Levi's, and some of its rules apply directly to group vehicles. From the venue's official FAQ and Ticketmaster venue info:

• No tailgating, period. Shoreline doesn't allow tailgating. Under Mountain View city ordinance, alcohol, barbecues, and tailgating aren't permitted in the parking lots, and the venue says both it and the Mountain View Police Department strictly enforce that.
• Limo and rideshare drop-off has one designated zone on Amphitheatre Parkway, directly across from the pedestrian path into the venue.
• Buses count as oversized vehicles. Oversized parking is in Lot C and requires buying an oversized space. Buses and limos that are only dropping off can leave and come back 45 minutes before the show ends at no extra charge.
• Security boards buses. Shoreline says staff board every bus to check for underage drinking. If they find any, the entire bus gets turned around and nobody gets in, with no refunds.
• Lots typically open an hour before gates, and general parking is included in the ticket price for most shows.

Our advice: On the ride to Shoreline, any drinks stay on the bus and are for guests 21 and older only. If anyone in your group is under 21, keep the ride dry. Losing a whole group's tickets isn't worth the risk. When the show ends, your chauffeur is already staged for pickup, so you skip the slow crawl out of the general parking lots.

From Morgan Hill, Shoreline is about 50 minutes; from Gilroy about an hour; from Hollister about 80 minutes. On a weeknight like the Oct 8 Mumford & Sons show or the Oct 28 Logic & G-Eazy show, that drive overlaps with the evening commute.

More Fall 2026 Events Worth a Chauffeur

Football and concerts aren't the only big draws this season. These dates also work well for a chauffeured ride:

• Sharks Opening Weekend — Oct 1 & 3, SAP Center. The Sharks open at home against the Florida Panthers on Thursday, Oct 1 at 7 PM, with a free pregame festival from 3–6 PM on Arena Green West and Barack Obama Blvd, then host the LA Kings on Saturday, Oct 3 (Sharks). • Santa Cruz Mountains Wine Passport Celebration Day — Sat, Oct 17. It starts at noon at more than 30 participating wineries, including Martin Ranch Winery in Gilroy (Wines of the Santa Cruz Mountains). It's the last Celebration Day of 2026. Mountain roads plus wine flights make a strong case for a chauffeured wine tour.
• Morgan Hill Holiday Lights Parade — Sat, Dec 5, 5:30 PM. The parade and tree lighting take over Monterey Road downtown (Visit Morgan Hill). It's easy to pair with dinner downtown.
• Christmas in the Park — Nov 27, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027. This free event at Plaza de Cesar Chavez in downtown San Jose runs daily from noon to 10 PM, with the opening night ceremony on Nov 28 (Christmas in the Park). It makes a great holiday-lights night for families or a company party, without anyone having to find downtown parking in December.

Which Vehicle for Which Event?

All three vehicles in our fleet come with a professional chauffeur. Rates are locked in at booking, so they don't surge when the final whistle blows. Most bookings have a 4-hour minimum (see pricing).

What does it cost per person? A 7-hour 49ers day in the party bus comes to $1,225 at our posted rate. Split 14 ways, that's about $87.50 each, before any tip. Compare that with the $60–$80 per car that Levi's charged for day-of parking at the Sept. 27 game, times however many cars your group would take, plus a designated driver in each one who can't enjoy the day. The chauffeured option usually wins on convenience, and for bigger groups it's often close on price too.
