Frequently Asked Questions
Can you take us wine tasting in Monterey and Carmel Valley?
Yes, Monterey County and Carmel Valley are two of our most popular wine tour destinations. We regularly run routes along River Road hitting wineries like Hahn, Wrath, Talbott, and Bernardus. We know the area well, including which driveways your stretch limo can navigate and which tasting rooms need a reservation.
Do we need to plan the winery route ourselves, or do you help with that?
You can plan your own route or lean on us — either works. If you have favorite wineries in mind, just tell us and we'll map the most efficient order. If you want suggestions, our chauffeurs know the Central Coast wine regions well and can recommend stops based on your group's taste preferences and the time you have available.
How many wineries can we realistically visit in a day?
Most groups comfortably fit three to five wineries in a full day, depending on how long you spend at each tasting room. We generally recommend allowing 60 to 90 minutes per stop. If you're going to Carmel Valley or Monterey County, we typically plan for three or four stops with travel time included.
Can we bring our own food and snacks on the limo?
Yes, absolutely. You're welcome to bring a cooler, charcuterie, sandwiches — whatever makes the ride more enjoyable. We can also stop for lunch along the route if you'd like to build that in. Just let us know when you book so we can plan the timing.
Is there a minimum number of hours for a wine tour?
Yes, we have a minimum booking of three hours. Most wine tours run five to eight hours, and many full-day Napa or Sonoma trips go longer. Our limo rates start at $125 per hour and the party bus is $165 per hour. The more stops you want, the more time you'll want to budget.
Should we rent the stretch limo or the party bus for a wine tour?
It depends on your group size. The stretch limo fits up to 9 passengers and has a more intimate, elegant feel — great for couples or small groups who want a refined experience. The party bus fits up to 14 and has more of a social, celebratory vibe with LED lighting and a dance floor. Both have plenty of room for bottles you pick up along the way.
